Thursday, May 17 - 30-minute jog/stretch/drills/balances/walks

Friday, May 18 - Workout: 600-500-400-300-200 (5-minutes in-between each) or 20-minute recovery day

Saturday, May 19 - 15-minutes easy or bulldog invite@Hewlett

Sunday, May 20 - OFF
