Boys - 45-minute recovery run/Injury preventive balance and walk drills/Strides

Girls - 1-hour run/Injury preventive balance and walk drills/Strides

Wednesday, April 11:

Boys - League meet at Carey vs Carey and Manhasset

Girls - 45-minute recovery run/Injury preventive balance and walk drills/Strides

Thursday, April 12:

Boys - 1-hour run/Injury preventive balance and walk drills/Strides

Girls - League meet at Carey vs Carey and Manhasset

Friday, April 13 - 30-minute recovery run/Injury preventive balance and walk drills/Strides

Saturday, April 14 - Paul Limmer Invitational home meet at Mepham
